## 1. About These Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of TatYoo.Events services and website. By booking our services or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

## 2. Our Services
TatYoo.Events provides:- Temporary tattoo application services for events- Brand activation and marketing experiences- Custom design consultation and creation- Event setup and staff management- Equipment and materials provision
## 3. Booking and Payment
### 3.1 Booking Process- All bookings must be confirmed in writing- A signed contract and deposit are required to secure your booking- We reserve the right to decline bookings at our discretion
### 3.2 Payment Terms- **Deposit:** 50% deposit required upon booking confirmation- **Balance:** Remaining balance due 7 days before the event- **Late Payment:** £25 charge for payments received after due date- **Accepted Payment:** Bank transfer, credit/debit card, or company cheque
### 3.3 Pricing- Prices are quoted in GBP and exclude VAT (where applicable)- Additional costs may apply for travel outside our standard service area- Prices are valid for 30 days from quotation date
## 4. Cancellation and Refunds
### 4.1 Client Cancellation- **More than 30 days notice:** Full refund minus £100 administration fee- **15-30 days notice:** 50% refund of total booking value- **Less than 15 days notice:** No refund available- **Same day cancellation:** Full payment due plus any additional costs incurred
### 4.2 TatYoo.Events Cancellation- We may cancel due to circumstances beyond our control (illness, extreme weather, venue issues)- Full refund provided if we cancel, with no additional compensation- We will attempt to provide alternative dates or solutions where possible
## 5. Event Requirements
### 5.1 Client Responsibilities- Provide adequate indoor space with power supply and good lighting- Ensure level, stable surfaces for equipment setup- Provide access to hand washing facilities- Inform us of any venue restrictions or requirements- Ensure appropriate crowd control and queuing arrangements
### 5.2 Setup Requirements- **Space:** Minimum 1m x 1m per tattoo station- **Access:** Vehicle access for equipment delivery- **Setup Time:** Minimum 30 minutes before service begins
## 6. Health and Safety
### 6.1 Temporary Tattoo Safety- We use only high-quality, skin-safe temporary tattoo materials- All equipment is sanitized between applications- Patch testing available for sensitive skin- Not suitable for children under 3 years old
### 6.2 Client Responsibilities- Inform us of any known allergies or skin sensitivities- Ensure participants have clean, dry skin- Follow aftercare instructions provided- Report any adverse reactions immediately
### 6.3 Allergic Reactions- Clients participate at their own risk- We are not liable for allergic reactions to temporary tattoo materials- Immediate removal instructions will be provided if reactions occur
## 7. Intellectual Property
### 7.1 Custom Designs- Custom designs created for your event remain your property- We retain the right to use designs in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed- Client logos and branding remain the property of the client
### 7.2 Photography and Marketing- We may photograph our work for marketing purposes- Client consent will be obtained for recognizable individual photos- Client has the right to request removal of specific images
## 8. Liability and Insurance
### 8.1 Our Liability is limited to the total value of the booking- We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages- We are not responsible for venue damage not caused by our negligence
### 8.2 Client Responsibilities- Clients are responsible for their own public liability insurance- Clients must ensure venue compliance with health and safety requirements- Clients are liable for any damage to our equipment caused by their negligence
## 9. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:- Extreme weather conditions- Government restrictions or regulations- Venue closure or cancellation- Staff illness or emergency- Transport strikes or disruptions
## 10. Data Protection
- We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy- Client data is used only for service delivery and legitimate business purposes- We comply with UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018
## 11. Complaints and Disputes
### 11.1 Complaints Procedure- Complaints should be made in writing within 7 days of the event- We will investigate and respond within 14 days- We aim to resolve all issues through direct communication
### 11.2 Governing Law- These Terms are governed by English law- Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of English courts

### 12.1 Website Use- Our website is for informational purposes only- We reserve the right to modify or withdraw the website at any time- Content is protected by copyright and may not be reproduced without permission
